This red Easy Couple Air & Multipurpose Socketless Hose is suitable for pneumatic tools on production lines and for conveying air, water, and oils.
Featuring a RMA Class A vinyl nitrile tube for excellent oil resistance, it also has a 1-braid textile reinforcement and a vinyl nitrile cover. It is ideal for low-pressure hydraulic applications (NOT for impulse applications). Review all application requirements and limitations.
This hose has a 0.25 inch inner diameter and a 0.5 inch outer diameter, with a maximum operating pressure of 250 PSI and a minimum bend radius of 3 inches. The temperature range for air applications is -40°F to 160°F; for water, it's -40°F to 185°F; and for fuel and lubrication oil, it's -40°F to 260°F. It supports vacuum service up to 250.
Suggested fittings include shank type (brass, steel, stainless steel) and universal type, attached with pinch clamps, preformed clamps, or bolt clamps.

Shank type fittings made from brass, steel, or stainless steel are good choices. Universal type fittings also work well. You'll want to use pinch clamps, preformed clamps, or bolt clamps to attach them.

got a little air line setup for pneumatic tools. is this red 1/4 inch hose alright for that kind of work
