Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Coupling Joint

Description & Features

Designed for general-purpose hydraulic line connections, the Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Coupling Joint is a complete assembly built to handle demanding industrial environments. Constructed from steel and rated to 480 in-lbs of torque, it provides reliable performance across a working temperature range starting at -30°F. Both ends feature size 6 female compression fittings, making this a symmetric, dual-compression joint suited for inline tube and pipe connections.

As part of Eaton Aeroquip's Flexmaster line, this coupling is engineered to quick-connect and disconnect without special tooling, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. It also absorbs machine vibration, helping to protect connected lines from stress and fatigue over time. The assembly is packaged and sold individually.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Brent S on Dec 18, 2025, 9:35 AM
So, this thing's made of steel, right? How well does it hold up to, like, general wear and tear in a shop environment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 20, 2025, 7:05 AM
Steel construction makes this coupling joint durable enough to handle typical industrial use. The Flexmaster design helps it absorb vibrations, which cuts down on wear on the connected lines.
Question by: Bobby G on Nov 8, 2025, 2:54 PM
both ends are compression fittings on this thing? trying to figure out if it'll work inline where i need female connections on each side
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 6:51 AM
Correct on both counts. Each end of this coupling is a size 6 female compression fitting, so the assembly is fully symmetric. That makes it a solid choice for inline tube or pipe connections where you need the same fitting type on either side without adapters in between.
