DANFOSS / EATON FLEXMASTER - CODE FX

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic line connections requiring fast serviceability, the Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster - Code Fx is a carbon steel sleeve fitting suited to tube and pipe joint assemblies in industrial hydraulic systems. Both ends are female configuration with a size 5 designation, making this a symmetrical, inline connection component for line, hose, or tube terminations.

The Flexmaster sleeve connects and disconnects without tools, simplifying routine maintenance and reducing downtime during repairs. Its design also absorbs machine vibration, helping to protect adjacent components and maintain connection integrity under dynamic operating conditions. This unit ships individually and carries a standard lead time of seven days.

Fluid compatibility documentation and catalog references are available from Eaton Aeroquip for specification verification and application guidance.

Does this sleeve connector work without any tools to get it hooked up or taken apart? Trying to cut down on how long our guys spend swapping out lines during maintenance windows.

the Flexmaster sleeve connects and disconnects without tools. That's one of the main reasons folks reach for it in maintenance-heavy applications. No wrenches, no fuss, just a straightforward coupling that your crew can swap in and out quickly without a lot of downtime.
