Nylon Tubing, 0.13 OD, 0.02 Thick, 0.08 ID, Up To 420.00 PSI

Description & Features

This tubing is constructed from high-quality nylon offering superior flexibility and a smaller bend radius. With a transparency that maintains a natural appearance it is resistant to corrosion due to minimal moisture absorption. Its heat and UV stabilization enhances resistance to stress-cracking making it suitable for outdoor applications.

Designed for a broad range of uses including pneumatics hydraulics vacuum systems gasses lubricants oils machine tools coolant fuel and both fresh and salt water environments. This versatility is complemented by a temperature range of -60deg;F to 200deg;F.

The nylon tubing has a 0.13 OD 0.02 wall thickness and 0.08 ID with an impressive maximum operating pressure of 420 PSI. It meets UL94HB compliance for enhanced safety and performance.

The tubing's hardness is measured at 78 Rockwell R ensuring durability and long-lasting service. Its vacuum rating reaches up to 28"Hg making it reliable under diverse conditions.

Question by: Phil E on Aug 22, 2025, 3:42 PM
tubing rated for salt water use? got some lines running near the coast and need something that won't corrode out on me
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 23, 2025, 8:20 PM
Salt water is one of the listed applications for this tubing, so you're in good shape there. The nylon material resists corrosion well partly because it doesn't absorb much moisture, which is what causes a lot of other tubing types to degrade over time in wet or marine environments. The UV stabilization helps too if those lines are seeing any sun exposure.
