Engineered for demanding oilfield applications this oilfield vacuum hose is an excellent choice for transferring drilling mud or crude oil. It has a 2.41-inch outer diameter and a 2.00-inch inner diameter operating up to 150.00 PSI. The construction of the hose includes a nitrile blend tube and a corrugated SBR blend cover offering durability and flexibility for various industrial settings.
High tensile synthetic textile reinforcement combined with dual steel helical wires provides robust strength and reliability. The hose features a minimum bend radius of 5.71 inches enhancing its maneuverability in tight spaces.
Designed for use with crimp swage band & buckle and Band-It Jr preformed clamps it supports cam and groove male NPT and union fittings. The hose operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -22F to +176F making it suitable for diverse climate conditions. The hose is black ensuring it blends seamlessly into industrial environments.
Note that it is not recommended for refined petroleum products and should be reviewed according to the NAHAD pressure guideline chart for appropriateness in specific applications.

got a tight spot to snake this through, how sharp can this 2 inch vacuum hose bend without kinking it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 9, 2025, 8:00 AM
For routing in cramped areas, the minimum bend radius is 5.71 inches. Staying at or above that bend radius is the safe way to keep the hose from being forced into a tighter curve than it is built for.
