Designed for use with single-acting cylinders, the P Series Two-Speed Single Acting Hand Pump delivers a low-pressure stage up to 850 PSI for rapid advance and a high-pressure stage up to 10,000 PSI for load engagement, shifting automatically upon contact with the load. The link design reduces handle effort by 40%, while an ergonomic non-slip grip and spring-loaded handle lock further reduce operator fatigue during extended use.

Construction combines a durable aluminum reservoir, manifold, and end cap with all-metal componentry suited to demanding environments, including welding applications. A true unloading valve set at 850 PSI supports efficiency at the low-pressure stage, and a relief valve inboard of the check valve prevents load drift. The fill port accommodates horizontal or vertical filling, and a large valve knob allows precise metering when lowering loads. Standard hydraulic fluid is included.

got a single-acting cylinder. does this pump shift on its own or do i have to flip something when it hits the load?

Once the cylinder contacts the load, the pump automatically shifts from the low pressure stage to the high pressure stage. It runs up to 850 PSI in the low pressure rapid-advance stage, then switches over for load engagement up to 10,000 PSI.
