Does this filter/regulator have any kind of adjustment knob or pressure setting you can dial in, or is it fixed from the factory?

Fixed from the factory. The ARO 2000 Series in this configuration is non-adjustable, so there's no knob to turn or pressure setting to chase. got a setup that already has a check valve in the line, does this filter/regulator come with one too or is it plain
