Designed for demanding industrial applications, this Single Speed, Compact Steel Hydraulic Hand Pump from Simplex offers reliable performance with a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar). The robust steel construction ensures durability while maintaining a compact form, making it ideal for tight spaces and mobile uses. With an oil flow of 0.20 in³ (3,2 cm³) per stroke, this hand pump efficiently manages hydraulic tasks.
The hand pump features a large 3/8" pressure port, optimizing flow and reducing effort during operation. Its low handle effort is complemented by a convenient carrying handle, allowing for easy transport. The chrome-plated plunger and wiper system contribute to the pump's longevity and consistent performance. Weighing 18 lbs (5.9 kg) and accommodating 40 in³ (650 cm³) of usable oil, it balances capacity and portability effectively.
got a 10,000 psi setup already. how much oil does this hand pump move each stroke?

How much oil does this thing put out per stroke? Trying to figure out if it'll move my cylinder fast enough or if i'm gonna be pumping forever.

At 10,000 psi, you're getting 0.20 cubic inches of oil per stroke. The usable reservoir holds 40 cubic inches total, so how long it takes really comes down to your cylinder's volume. For smaller bore cylinders it moves pretty quick. Larger ones will take more strokes, but the low-effort handle helps keep fatigue down over a longer pumping session.
