PC Series Inline Pressure Compensated Flow Control Valve, Steel, 1/4-18 NPT Ports, 0.20 GPM Fixed Flow

Deltrol Fluid Products manufactures this Series 3 inline valve with a steel body and Viton® O-rings, rated for continuous service up to 3,000 PSI (non-shock) across a temperature range of -15°F to 400°F. The PC Series Inline Pressure Compensated Flow Control Valve, Steel, 1/4-18 NPT Ports, 0.20 GPM Fixed Flow delivers a factory-set flow rate with regulation held within ±15% up to 1.5 GPM, tightening to ±10% at higher flows through 30 GPM. Flow accuracy remains largely stable across temperature swings from 60°F to 180°F, with only ±2% variance at a 70°F differential and ±4% at a 120°F differential. The Series 3 configuration provides restricted reverse flow through the internal orifice and requires a minimum differential pressure of 100 PSI to maintain compensation. Port connections are 1/4-18 NPT, and overall dimensions are 0.69" (A) by 2.38" (B), making this a compact inline solution for fixed-flow hydraulic circuits.
