Running this off standard 115V shop power, is 25 amps gonna be enough of a draw that I need a dedicated circuit, or can it share a line with other equipment?

At full load on 115V, the motor pulls 25 amps, so a dedicated 30-amp circuit is the practical way to run it without tripping breakers or starving the motor. Sharing a line with other draw at that amperage is asking for trouble. Worth noting the pump also runs on 230V, where the draw drops to 15 amps, which gives you a bit more headroom if your setup can accommodate that voltage.
