Designed for heavy construction and concrete stressing applications, the PE55 Series Single-Phase 2-Speed Pump delivers up to 10,000 PSI maximum pressure output with a flow rate of 704 in³/min at 0 PSI, tapering to 56 in³/min at full pressure. The 1-1/8 hp universal motor runs at 12,000 rpm on 110/115V at 50/60 Hz, drawing 25 amps at full load with low-voltage starting capability.

A true unloading valve supports greater pump efficiency at maximum pressure. The unit ships with a 10-foot remote on-off motor control at 115VAC and a manually shifted valve configured for pull, hold, and release functions. Reservoir usable capacity is 525 in³, and standard hydraulic fluid is included. CSA rated for intermittent duty, the pump measures 14.00L x 9.50W x 18.25H inches.

pump puts out 704 cubic inches a minute at zero pressure but what's it actually flowing once you're up around 10,000 PSI on a job?

At full pressure the flow drops to 56 in³/min. That's pretty typical for a two-speed pump like this since it shifts to high pressure at the cost of volume. For reference it runs 440 in³/min at 700 PSI and 74 in³/min at 5,000 PSI so the curve falls off gradually as you climb. The true unloading valve helps it hold efficiency better at max pressure than a standard setup would.

For heavy construction and concrete stressing work, it tops out at 10,000 PSI. Flow is 704 in³/min at 0 PSI, then it tapers as pressure rises, down to 56 in³/min at 10,000 PSI.
