The Black Petroleum/Oil Suction & Discharge Hose is engineered for efficient transfer of petroleum products. Featuring a 2.00-inch inner diameter and a 2.48-inch outer diameter this robust hose supports up to 150 PSI ideal for industrial applications.

Constructed with an NBR blend tube and cover it is reinforced with high-tensile synthetic textile a single steel helical wire and anti-static copper wire ensuring durability and reliability.

With a vacuum service rating of 28 inches and a minimum bend radius of 9.84 inches this hose delivers flexibility under demanding conditions. It accommodates Cam and Groove as well as Combination Nipples fittings for versatile use.

The operating temperature range of -13F to +158F allows for diverse environmental applications. Available in 200-foot reel quantities it meets extensive industrial needs from suction to discharge duties.

got a pump that pulls oil out of a tank, will this hose handle suction without collapsing on me?

For suction service, it’s built with a single steel helical wire plus high-tensile synthetic textile reinforcement, and it carries a 28 inch vacuum service rating. That construction is meant for suction and discharge of petroleum products, not just pressure-only transfer.

Does this hose hold up when you're pulling fluid through it, or is it really just meant for pushing product out?

Works both ways. Rated for suction and discharge duty, with a vacuum service rating of 28 inches of mercury. That means it can handle the pull side without collapsing, which is what the steel helical wire reinforcement is there for. Plenty capable for loading and unloading petroleum products in a normal transfer setup.
