Crafted for efficient liquid management this coupling features a robust build of 70% polypropylene combined with 30% fiberglass. The 2-inch Female NPT connection is designed for optimal compatibility with standard systems and meets MIL-C-27487F and DIN282 standards excluding certain non-standard sizes.

The Polypropylene Cam & Groove Coupler Female Half 2 Inch Female NPT includes stainless steel cam lever handles and an EPDM seal providing excellent chemical and environmental resistance. The safety clip enhances operational security while the special lugs allow the attachment of safety pins preventing unintended disconnections.

This model can handle pressure ratings up to 150 PSI for sizes from 1/2" to 4". Note that it should not be employed with compressed air or steam services. For fitting attachment recommendations refer to the hose section of the catalog.

these cam and groove couplers got a safety pin feature or do you have to buy that separate?

Built right into the female half. The lugs on this coupler are shaped to accept safety pins once they pass through the slots in the cam lever arms. Once a pin is in place, the coupler won't disconnect until you pull it out. Nothing extra to buy for that function, it's part of how the coupler is made.

What kind of stuff can I run through this coupler without it eating up the seal?

got a 2 inch female npt port on my tank, will this coupler screw right on it?

With a 2 inch Female NPT threaded connection, it’s made to thread onto standard 2 inch male NPT threads.
