got a cylinder groove set up for a 1.375 OD u-cup, is this seal the right size or am i off a hair?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 23, 2025, 6:33 AM
Fit comes down to the seal’s actual dimensions. This U-seal measures 1.375 inch OD, 1.0625 inch ID, and 0.25 inch height with a 0.125 inch cross section, so it matches a 1.375 OD requirement exactly and pairs to a 1.0625 ID.

Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 21, 2025, 8:03 AM

Question by: Darryl J on Nov 23, 2025, 12:07 PM
What kind of pressure can this u-seal handle before it starts giving out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 24, 2025, 3:40 PM
Rated from 0 all the way up to 6,000 PSI, so it holds up well in high-pressure hydraulic setups. The urethane construction is what gives it that range, and the beveled lip design helps it maintain a clean seal under load rather than letting fluid sneak past.
