Will these mufflers hold up to a little bit of oil or coolant mist in the air line?

Functionally, these air valve mufflers are effective for filtering exhaust and intake, in addition to reducing air valve noise. The sintered metal structure is brazed to a metal ferrule, so it should hold up fine.
