need something i can roll into a tight spot under a railcar, how portable is this setup really?

For tight quarters, the big advantage is the modular layout. The pump and cart module separates from the jack module, and the cart has large tires plus a compact footprint so you can scoot it into position and then set your exact lifting point. The handle is adjustable and heavy-duty for moving and positioning, and it can also be used to transport the jack on site with a forklift.
