Designed for locomotive and railcar servicing, mining, and heavy equipment maintenance, this modular jack from Spx Hydraulic Technologies delivers up to 200 tons of lifting capacity with a 45-inch collapsed height. The Portable High Tonnage Spx Module Jack 200 Ton 45 features a separable pump-and-cart module that includes the hydraulic pump, remote control, and all hoses and fittings, allowing the jack module to be detached and swapped out for different lifting requirements.

The cart is equipped with large tires and an adjustable handle for easy repositioning in confined spaces, and the unit can be transported on-site by forklift. Remote motor and valve control options support safe operator positioning during lifts. Optional accessories include a 6-5/8-inch cylinder extension, load-holding rings for full-rated mechanical load-holding capability, and low-temperature oil for cold-environment service. Shielded hydraulic lines reduce wear and service interruptions. Dimensions are 14.63L x 11.00W x 45.00H inches.

What all comes with this jack, or do you have to buy the pump setup separate?

The pump and cart module comes fully equipped with the hydraulic pump, remote control, and all the hoses and fittings needed to connect to the jack module. Everything arrives ready to hook up together. The jack module itself separates from that pump and cart setup, which is actually one of the bigger selling points here. If you end up needing different lifting configurations down the road, you can buy additional jack modules separately and swap them out without having to purchase another pump unit.
