Question by: Lance C on Apr 26, 2025, 8:18 AM
what's the spline spec on this hub, is it really a standard SAE D setup or something proprietary?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 28, 2025, 8:00 AM
Fully standard SAE D configuration. The spline runs 13 teeth at 8/16 diametral pitch with a 30 degree pressure angle and a 1-3/4 inch O.D. spline. That matches the SAE D spec you'd find on most pumps and motors calling for that interface, so nothing unusual or custom about it.
Question by: Troy J on May 10, 2025, 8:09 AM
What kind of steel is this hub made out of?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 11, 2025, 8:16 PM
It's made from a low alloy, high carbon steel, so it should hold up well in demanding applications.
