The Brand Hydraulics Proportional Flow Divider is engineered for precise and reliable performance in industrial hydraulic systems. This non-adjustable divider effectively splits a single stream into two pressure-compensated outlet flows while maintaining an even 50:50 ratio ensuring the efficiency of your fluid distribution.
The flow divider operates within a range of 16-30 GPM and withstands a maximum operating pressure of 3000 PSI. The unit features precision-ground heat-treated spools providing durability and long life. Every valve undergoes factory testing for flow ratio and pressure compensation guaranteeing reliable functionality in demanding environments.
Constructed from a robust cast iron body and equipped with Buna-N O-rings the flow divider ensures dependable performance. It is recommended to use 30-micron filtration to maintain optimal operation and longevity of the system. The 3/4 NPT port size facilitates secure and efficient connectivity within hydraulic circuits.
Designed for application in industrial settings the proportional flow divider ensures consistent and balanced fluid distribution. Note that flow is from inlet to outlet only and care must be taken to avoid mounting the valve directly against flat surfaces to prevent housing distortion as this may cause spool binding.

What kind of filtration we talkin' for this flow divider, like what's recommended?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 4, 2025, 10:47 AM
A 30-micron filter is recommended to keep this flow divider working its best and to help it last longer.
Question by: Randy T on Jun 30, 2025, 3:32 PM
got a cylinder on each side of a log splitter beam and need both pushin at the same rate, will this split things even or is one side gonna get ahead of the other?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 2, 2025, 6:30 AM
Pressure compensation on both outlet ports is what keeps those cylinders moving together. Even if one side loads up harder than the other, the divider adjusts to hold a 50:50 split between the two outlets. Long as your total inlet flow falls between 16 and 30 GPM, you should get balanced movement across both cylinders without one outrunning the other.
