PRV2-10 Series Pilot-Operated Pressure Reducing (Relieving) Cartridge Valve, PSI Screw and locknut Adjustment

The Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton PRV2-10 Series Pressure Control Valves are designed for demanding mobile and industrial applications such as harvesters and refuse haulers. Featuring a screw-in cartridge installation type these pilot-operated spool valves provide effective pressure reduction and relieving at pressures ranging from 250-3500 psi.

Engineered with a spool type mechanism the valve is normally open and initially allows flow from port 2 to port 1. The pressure at port 1 upon reaching its set point shifts the spool to regulate inlet flow at port 2 ensuring optimal pressure management. For pressures exceeding the set point the spool further adjusts to relieve excess pressure through port 3.

These valves incorporate robust Buna-N seals and require ISO 4406 cleanliness levels of 18/16/13 microns or cleaner. The recommended filtration level of 18/16/13 and working temperature range of -40F to 248F ensure long-lasting reliability. Additionally a flow rating of 10 GPM and a pressure rating of up to 3500 psi across all ports underscore their high performance.
