Conductive, extruded polyethylene tubing rated for both liquid and gas transfer, the Weatherhead by Aeroquip PT240 Series TUBING LLDPE Tubepolyethylene is built for demanding industrial environments. Constructed from UV-stabilized LLDPE with a red extruded cover, it carries a -8 dash size, a 0.38-inch product width, and a minimum bend radius of 2 inches. The tubing is rated for service down to -40°F and meets FDA 21CFR177.1500 certification, making it suitable for a broad range of fluid and gas handling applications.

Premium abrasion resistance supports use in rugged conditions, and UV stabilization in the reinforcement layer extends service life in outdoor or exposed installations. Compatible fitting types include Minibarb, Polyline, SelfAlign, Compression with 2030 insert, Push to Connect, Push to Connect Flow Controls, Push to Connect Plus, and Molded Compression, providing flexibility across multiple connection configurations. Lay line identification is applied via ink jet.
