Enerpac | 11.2 ton Capacity, 2.13 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder | RC102

Description & Features

Designed for versatility and durability, the Enerpac 11.2 ton Capacity, 2.13 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder is an essential tool for industrial applications requiring lifting, pushing, or pressing. This single-acting hydraulic cylinder features a robust design, including a composite wear band bearing system and a hardened stop ring to resist side-load, reducing the risk of damage and minimizing repair needs.

With a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar), the cylinder ensures high performance in demanding situations. The plunger wiper and high-grade polyethylene seals offer excellent contamination resistance and longevity. The cylinder's interchangeable dimensions and threads maintain compatibility with previous RC-Series models. Additionally, the baked enamel finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance, and the inclusion of a CR400 coupler, dust cap, and collar thread protector adds further protection and ease of use.

got an older Enerpac RC cylinder already. is the RC-102 gonna match up on threads and size or did they change stuff?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 21, 2026, 6:43 AM
Good news on fit. The RC-TRIO RC-102 keeps the same RC-Series model numbers, external dimensions, and threads as the prior RC Series cylinders, so it stays compatible in that sense.

Got an older RC-Series cylinder on the shelf, will this RC102 swap in without having to modify any of the fixturing or thread connections?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 24, 2025, 3:43 PM
Same external dimensions and threads carried over from the prior RC-Series, so yes, it should drop right in without reworking your setup. Enerpac kept the model numbers, outside dimensions, and thread specs identical on purpose so folks upgrading don't have to start from scratch. Collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes all match up the same way they did before.
