Description & Features

Experience the robust performance of the Enerpac 11.2 ton Capacity, 4.13 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder. Designed for versatility, this single-acting hydraulic cylinder excels in lifting, pushing, or pressing applications. With a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 psi, it ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions. The cylinder features a durable construction with a composite wear band bearing system and a hardened stop ring, enhancing sideload resistance and extending service life.

Engineered for efficiency, the RC-Series Hydraulic Cylinder includes a pre-tensioned spring for rapid plunger retraction. Its high-grade polyethylene seals minimize wear, while a plunger wiper reduces contamination, further prolonging its operational lifespan. Compatibility with prior RC-Series models is maintained through unchanged external dimensions and threads. The baked enamel finish offers increased corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use in diverse environments. Additional features include collar and plunger threads and base mounting holes for easy installation.

Already got a few of the older RC-Series cylinders in the shop, will this RC104 swap in without having to re-thread anything or hunt down new fittings?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 8, 2025, 6:28 PM
Full compatibility with prior RC-Series models was built right into the RC104. The external dimensions, model threads, and collar threads all stayed the same from the previous generation, so it drops in wherever an older RC-Series cylinder was sitting. No adapter hunting, no re-threading.

got an older Enerpac RC cylinder, will the RC104 swap over without me changing mounts and threads
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 9, 2025, 12:58 PM
Good news if you are replacing an older RC Series unit, the RC-TRIO cylinders keep the same model numbers, external dimensions, and the collar and plunger threads as the prior RC Series. That means an RC104 is meant to be a direct fit in the same setups that used the older RC104.
