Enerpac | 25.8 ton Capacity, 10.25 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder | RC2510

Description & Features

Rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar) with a 10.25 in (261 mm) stroke and a 2.56 in (65.1 mm) bore, the 25.8 ton Capacity, 10.25 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder is a single-acting cylinder suited to lifting, pushing, and pressing tasks across a wide range of industrial applications.

Part of Enerpac's RC Series, this cylinder incorporates a composite wear band bearing system with a hardened stop ring for sideload resistance, reducing wear under off-axis loading conditions. A pre-tensioned spring enables fast plunger retraction, while high-grade polyethylene seals and a plunger wiper work together to limit contamination and extend service life. Collar and plunger threads along with base mounting holes support secure fixturing, and the baked enamel finish provides corrosion resistance for use in demanding environments. At 31 lbs (14.1 kg), the cylinder is designed for use in all positions and ships with a CR400 coupler, dust cap, and collar thread protector.

Got an older RC-Series cylinder on the shelf already, will this RC2510 swap in without any fitment headaches?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 4, 2026, 1:07 PM
Full compatibility with prior RC-Series cylinders was built into the RC2510 from the ground up. The external dimensions, collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes all match what the older RC-Series used, so swapping one in shouldn't require any rework or adapter hardware on your end.

got an older Enerpac RC-series cylinder, are the threads and outside dimensions the same on this RC2510?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 5, 2025, 8:58 AM
Good news if you are swapping from an earlier RC-Series model, the RC-TRIO cylinders keep the same RC-Series model numbers, external dimensions, and threads as the prior RC Series cylinders, so fit and compatibility stay familiar.
