Enerpac | 4.9 ton Capacity, 9.13 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder | RC59

Description & Features

Designed for maximum versatility and durability, the Enerpac 4.9 ton Capacity, 9.13 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder is an essential tool for lifting, pushing, and pressing tasks. Its single-acting design and robust construction make it suitable for a range of industrial applications. This cylinder features a 9.13-inch stroke and a 1.13-inch bore diameter, allowing for precise and efficient operation under a maximum pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar).

Engineered with advanced materials, the cylinder includes a high-grade polyethylene seal to minimize wear and extend service life. The plunger wiper helps reduce contamination, while composite wear bands and a hardened stop ring enhance side-load resistance and durability. A baked enamel finish provides increased corrosion resistance, making this cylinder a reliable choice in demanding environments. The collar and plunger threads, along with base mounting holes, allow for easy integration into existing setups.

Question by: Shawn R on Sep 3, 2025, 9:59 PM
got an older RC-Series cylinder that's finally worn out, will this RC59 swap in without having to re-do all my fixturing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 5, 2025, 7:32 PM
Full drop-in compatibility with prior RC-Series units was kept intact on purpose. The external dimensions, collar threads, plunger threads, and base mounting holes all carry over unchanged, so your existing fixtures and tooling should line up just fine without modification.

got an older RC-Series cylinder already, are the threads and outside dimensions on this RC-59 the same or did they change things up
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 7, 2025, 11:38 AM
If you are replacing an earlier RC-Series unit, the RC-TRIO RC-59 keeps the same RC-Series model numbers, external dimensions, and threads as the prior RC Series cylinders, so it stays compatible in that sense.
