Rated for a 15.7-ton capacity at 10,000 psi (700 bar) maximum operating pressure, the Enerpac 15.7 ton Capacity, 6.00 in Stroke, General Purpose Hydraulic Cylinder is a single-acting cylinder built for demanding lifting, pushing, and pressing tasks across industrial and maintenance environments. A 6 in (152 mm) stroke and 2 in (50.8 mm) bore diameter are paired with a pre-tensioned spring system that provides fast plunger retraction without requiring a return line.
Part of the Enerpac Rc Series, this cylinder weighs 15 lbs (6.8 kg) and is designed for use in all positions. Composite wear bands and a hardened stop ring in the bearing assembly resist side-load stress, reducing wear over time. High-grade polyethylene seals and a plunger wiper help limit contamination and extend service life. Collar and plunger threads along with base mounting holes support straightforward fixturing, and the baked enamel finish adds corrosion resistance for use in harsh environments. Supplied with a Cr400 coupler, dust cap, and collar thread protector.
got an older Enerpac RC cylinder. will this RC156 swap over without me having to change mounts or threads?

If you are replacing a prior RC Series cylinder, the RC-TRIO RC156 keeps the same RC-Series model numbering, external dimensions, and threads, so it is intended to be a direct swap in that sense.

Got an older RC-Series cylinder on the shelf already, will this RC156 swap in without havin to redrill anything or hunt down different fittings?

Same external dimensions and thread specs carry over from the prior RC-Series lineup, so existing mounting holes and coupler connections should line right up. The CR400 coupler, dust cap, and collar thread protector all come included, which takes care of the fitting side of things. If your older cylinder was doing the job, this one drops in without a bunch of extra work.
