This Schroeder Industries replacement filter element features a 5.0 micron synthetic element, ensuring efficient filtration and optimal performance. The special class of micro-glass and other fibers used in Z-Media® are manufactured with utmost precision to specific thicknesses and densities, and bonded with select resins to create material with extra fine passages. No other filter media can provide the benefits of Schroeder’s Excellement® Z-Media®: maximum dirt-holding capacity, superior particle capture, excellent beta stability, minimum pressure drop, high flow rate and low operating cost.

Measuring 39 inches in length, this filter element is designed for use with QF5, 3QF5, QFD5, QF15, QLF15SSQLF15, and QT Series Housings. The seal material is Viton. Schroeder Industries’ products are continually tested using the latest ISO and NFPA test procedures in our engineering lab.

Does this element actually fit the QF15 housing, or do I need a different length for that model?

the QF15 is one of the confirmed compatible housings for this element. Same goes for the QF5, 3QF5, QFD5, QLF15SS, QLF15, and QT series. At 39 inches with Viton seals, it drops right into any of those without modification.
