The SPX Hydraulic Technologies RLS Series Low Profile Single-Acting Cylinder offers a 10-ton capacity for applications in confined spaces with clearances from 1-5/8" to 4". Cylinder body, piston, and gland nut are "Power Tech" treated for corrosion and abrasion resistance.

This RLS Series Low Profile Single-Acting Cylinder features a heavy-duty spring for fast piston return, and a standard domed piston rod that minimizes the effects of off-center loading. It includes a 9796 3/8" NPTF female half coupler as standard. The oil port is 3/8" NPTF, and the coupler is angled upward for extra clearance.

tight spot job here. what kind of clearance does this low profile 10 ton cylinder need to fit?

For cramped setups, it is meant for confined areas with about 1-5/8 inch up to 4 inch clearance. The extended height is 2.188 inches, so it stays pretty low while working.
