The SPX Hydraulic Technologies RLS Series Low Profile Single-Acting Cylinder is designed for applications with limited clearance, requiring as little as 1-5/8" to 4". This 100-ton cylinder features a heavy-duty spring for fast piston return.

The RLS Series Low Profile Single-Acting Cylinder body, piston, and gland nut are “Power Tech” treated for enhanced resistance to corrosion and abrasion. It includes a standard domed piston rod that minimizes the effects of off-center loading. A 9796 3/8" NPTF female half coupler is standard.

got a job where i’ve only got about 2 inches of headroom. is this cylinder even meant for that kind of tight spot?

For tight-clearance work, the RLS low profile series is built to fit in confined areas from 1-5/8 inch up to 4 inches of clearance, and this 100 ton model has a 4 inch extended height.
