4.9 ton Capacity, .25 in Stroke, Low Height Hydraulic Cylinder

For tight clearances, this RSM50 is a low height cylinder with a 0.25 in stroke, so it only lifts a quarter inch. It is rated for 4.9 ton capacity and runs up to 10,000 psi max operating pressure.

Spring return is built right into it, so the plunger pulls itself back without any help from the load or the operator. A lot of pancake-style cylinders depend on the weight of whatever you're lifting to push the plunger back down, which can be a real problem in horizontal setups or lighter-load situations. This one handles retraction on its own, which makes it faster to cycle and a whole lot more practical when you're working in cramped conditions.
