Designed for space-conscious mobile and industrial hydraulic installations, the RTF40 Series In-Tank Return Filter, SAE -24 Ports, 1-1/2 NPT Outlet, S1 Length 10 Micron Paper Element, Up To 100.00 GPM mounts directly in-tank to minimize footprint and reduce potential system leak points. The die-cast aluminum head pairs with a glass fiber reinforced polyamide bowl and handles return line flow up to 100 GPM at a maximum operating pressure of 100 PSI.
The filter head incorporates a 25 PSI bypass valve and dual SAE -24 inlet ports, with a 1-1/2 NPT outlet. The S1-length bowl accommodates a single 10 micron paper element, with Buna-N seals rated across a temperature range of -13°F to 212°F. A clogging indicator gauge is included, and optional visual or electrical pressure switch configurations are also available. The assembly conforms to HF-4 specifications and is suitable for use with mineral-based hydraulic oils. Inorganic glass fiber elements in 3, 5, 10, and 25 micron ratings are available as alternatives to the standard paper media.
