The Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton RV5-10 Series Pressure Control Valves are engineered for demanding applications such as harvesters, refuse haulers, and various mobile and industrial uses. This pilot-operated spool type relief cartridge valve offers a factory-set adjustment, ensuring precision and reliability without the need for manual adjustments.

Featuring an adjustable range of 250-3500 PSI, with the factory setting at 3000 PSI, this valve ensures optimal performance under varying pressures. With a maximum operating pressure of 5000 PSI and a maximum flow rate of 30 GPM, it is built to handle high-pressure environments effectively. Note that pressures exceeding 3000 PSI require a steel housing.

Compact and economical, it provides maximum flexibility while minimizing the space required for installation. The valve is designed for continuous duty, delivering smooth and quiet performance. The RV5-10 Series valve does not include a housing and requires a machined cavity or housing for installation.

Recommended filtration level is 18/16/13 microns for optimal functionality, and it includes Buna-N seals for robust sealing. The reliability and durability of this valve make it a preferred choice for ensuring consistent pressure control in critical systems.

got a cavity already cut for C-10-2, will this RV5-10 cartridge screw right in or am i missing something

It is a screw-in cartridge made for the C-10-2 cavity size. Keep in mind it is cartridge only, so you need the machined cavity or a separate housing for installation since no housing comes with it.
