The RV5-10 Series Pilot-Operated Spool Type Relief Cartridge Valve is engineered to provide reliable pressure control in mobile and industrial applications such as harvesters and refuse haulers. This compact and economical valve offers an adjustable range of 250 to 3500 PSI, with internal adjustments pre-set at 3000 PSI.

The valve features a maximum operating pressure of 5000 PSI and a maximum flow rate of 30 GPM, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions. Constructed with Buna-N seals and operating as a pilot-operated relief valve, it fits seamlessly into applications requiring a cavity size C-10-2 housing (sold separately).

Designed with a smooth and quiet operation for continuous duty, the spool type relief valve ensures maximum flexibility and minimal space requirements. With a recommended filtration level of 18/16/13 microns, it limits leakage to 114 cc/min, promoting optimal efficiency.

runs pretty much all day long on our refuse trucks, will this valve hold up to that kind of continuous use without needing constant attention?

got a C-10-2 cavity block already, will this RV5-10 cartridge screw right in or am i missing something

It is a screw-in cartridge made for a C-10-2 cavity, and it uses a 2 port cartridge layout. It is sold as the cartridge only, so you still need the correct C-10-2 housing or machined cavity to install it.
