The RV5-16 SeriesPilot-Operated Relief Cartridge Valve 500-3000 PSI Screw Adjustment offers optimal performance for a variety of applications including harvesters refuse haulers and both mobile and industrial uses. This pilot-operated spool type relief valve is designed for continuous duty with a smooth and quiet operation ensuring reliable pressure control.

With a maximum flow rate of 80 GPM and the capability to handle operating pressures up to 6000 PSI this cartridge-only valve provides both maximum flexibility and a compact design. To ensure longevity and minimal maintenance the valve boasts leakage of 164 cc/min and a recommended filtration level of 18/16/13 microns.

Featuring a screw-in cartridge installation type this valve requires a C-16-2 cavity housing which is sold separately. The adjustable range from 500 to 3000 PSI allows for precise control in demanding environments. Additionally the valve material and seal type are made from Buna-N to ensure durability and resilience.

Running this on a refuse hauler that cycles pretty hard throughout the day, does this valve hold up to that kind of continuous use, or is it more of a light-duty setup?
