Danfoss / Eaton Everflex Hose

Description & Features

Constructed with an extruded Teflon tube and a stainless steel braided cover, the Danfoss / Eaton Everflex Hose is rated to SAE 100R14A and suited for steam, compressor discharge, and a broad range of chemical transfer applications. The PTFE tube material makes it impervious to degradation across a wide variety of media, while the stainless steel reinforcement provides durability against vibration and impulse conditions.

With a minimum working temperature of -65°F and a minimum bend radius of 5 inches, this -10 dash size hose handles demanding thermal and routing requirements. Non-conductive by design, it is compatible with Everswage fittings and carries premium abrasion resistance. Not recommended for steam-to-cold-water cycling applications.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Ronnie S on Aug 6, 2025, 6:33 AM
Got a compressor discharge line that sees some pretty nasty chemicals running through it from time to time. Would this hose hold up to that kind of service without breaking down inside?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 7, 2025, 6:35 AM
PTFE tube construction handles an exceptionally wide range of chemical media without degrading, which is exactly why this hose gets used in compressor discharge and chemical transfer applications. The extruded Teflon tube resists attack from most aggressive fluids, so the interior won't soften, swell, or break down the way rubber-lined hoses sometimes do under chemical exposure. It's rated SAE 100R14A and carries premium abrasion resistance on the outside with a stainless steel braided cover, so you're getting protection from both ends.
