Rated to SAE 100R14A, this Eaton Aeroquip Everflex Smooth Bore Hose is a -3 dash size PTFE hose designed for demanding chemical, steam, and compressor discharge service. The extruded Teflon tube with stainless steel braided cover delivers broad chemical compatibility and withstands vibration and pressure impulses across an exceptionally wide temperature range, with a minimum working temperature of -65°F.

The non-conductive construction resists degradation from aggressive media, making it well suited for virtually all chemical transfer applications. A minimum bend radius of 1 inch and premium abrasion resistance add to its versatility in tight or high-wear installations. Compatible with Everswage fittings, the hose integrates reliably into assemblies requiring dependable fluid containment. Note that this product is not recommended for steam-to-cold water cycling applications.

Got a compressor discharge line that runs hot and sees some pretty aggressive chemicals, would this hose hold up to both at the same time?

Compressor discharge and chemical exposure together is exactly where this hose earns its keep. The extruded Teflon tube gives you broad chemical compatibility across virtually all aggressive media, and the stainless steel braid adds durability where heat and pressure impulses are in the mix. It's also rated down to -65°F on the cold end, so wide temperature swings aren't a concern. Just keep in mind it's not suited for steam-to-cold water cycling specifically, but straight compressor discharge and chemical service is right in its wheelhouse.

trying to snake a hose through a tight spot, how sharp can this one bend without kinking up?

For tight routing, it has a 1 inch minimum bend radius, which helps a lot in compact installs while still holding up to vibration and pressure impulses.
