Featuring a smooth bore and stainless steel cover, this Teflon hose is ideal for steam, compressor discharge, and chemical applications where premium abrasion resistance is required. The Eaton Everflex S Series hose construction includes an extruded Teflon tube with a braided cover, providing a wide temperature range and making it impervious to degradation and able to withstand vibration and impulsing. This Hose Teflon SMOOTH BORE has a minimum bend radius of 2 inches.

This non-conductive hose is SAE 100R14A certified. It is qualified for use with Everswage hose fittings.

Reckon this would hold up okay for running steam through it, like from a pressure washer?

This Teflon hose is ideally suited for steam applications, so it should work fine for your pressure washer as long as you stay within the specified temperature range. It's also good for compressor discharge and most chemical applications.
