Designed for hydraulics gasoline fuel lubricating oils air and water applications the Single Wire Braid SAE 100R5 Performance Hose 1.12 Inch ID Up to 625.00 PSI offers superior durability and strength. The hose features a synthetic rubber tube textile inner braid single wire braid reinforcement outer textile braid and a black synthetic rubber cover for excellent abrasion resistance.

With a maximum operating pressure of 625 PSI and an impulse cycle life of 500 000 cycles this hose ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions. The chloroprene rubber cover provides added protection while the polyester and wire reinforcement enhances its longevity and resilience.

Capable of handling a temperature range from -40F to +212F this hose can effectively perform in varied environments. Note that for air applications the maximum operating conditions are restricted to 250 PSI or +160F.

The hose's conductive property combined with a minimum bend radius of 9 inches makes it ideal for diverse industrial applications. It is available in rolls only.

What kind of stuff can I run through this hose besides hydraulic fluid?

This hose is rated for hydraulics, gasoline, fuel and lubricating oils, air, and water. Just keep in mind the temperature and pressure restrictions for air.

got a line that sees hydraulic oil and gets dragged around some, is the outer cover on this one tough enough for abrasion

For abrasion, it uses a black chloroprene rubber cover and it’s rated at standard abrasion resistance. The build also includes an outer textile braid, which helps the hose hold up in everyday industrial handling without being a specialty high-abrasion cover.

running this on a fuel line setup, temps gonna hit around 200 degrees sometimes -- that gonna be a problem?

At 200°F you're still inside the rated range. This hose handles temperatures from -40°F up to 212°F, so you've got a small but workable buffer above what you're describing. Just keep in mind that fuel and lubricating oil are listed applications, so the construction is suited for that kind of service. The synthetic rubber tube and chloroprene cover hold up well through those temperature swings without breaking down the way cheaper hose materials tend to.
