trying to replace a tractor to trailer air line, is this the 3/8 inch stuff and what size fittings does it take

For sizing, it has a 0.38 inch inside diameter and a 0.75 inch outside diameter. On the fitting side, it’s made to work with reusable Aeroquip Air Brake Fittings in sizes -6 and -8.
