these come in a 10-pack, what's the burst pressure on each one, and is there a flow limit I should know about before putting them in a test circuit?

Each disc in the pack is rated to burst at 7000 psi (480 bar). On the flow side, the maximum rated throughput is 800 L/min (210 US gpm). If your test circuit stays within those numbers under normal operation, the discs should only rupture when an actual overpressure event occurs. Good thing to keep in mind is that these are single-use protection devices, so once one blows, you'll want a fresh disc in before running the circuit again.
