Stainless steel construction makes this 1-inch NPT ball valve well suited for industrial fluid control applications where corrosion resistance and reliable shutoff are required. The DNP 1 NPT SS Ball Valve is manufactured by DNP Industriale Americas and features a full-port or standard-port ball design with NPT threaded end connections for straightforward integration into existing process lines.
Stainless steel body construction offers durability in demanding environments, including those involving aggressive media or moisture exposure. The 1-inch NPT thread size accommodates a wide range of industrial fittings and components, making it a practical choice for process, hydraulic, and fluid handling systems.

Got a 1-inch NPT line running through a pretty wet environment and corrosion has been eating through our current valves. This stainless steel one gonna hold up better?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 27, 2025, 6:44 AM
Stainless steel construction is exactly what you want in a wet or moisture-heavy environment. The body on this valve is built to resist corrosion, so it handles conditions that would chew through brass or carbon steel fittings in short order. If aggressive media or constant moisture exposure has been the problem, this is a solid step up from whatever you're replacing.

got a 1 inch npt line already, will this valve thread right in or am i gonna need adapters

With 1 inch NPT threaded end connections, it’s meant to screw directly into a 1 inch NPT process line using standard NPT fittings.
