The SD16 Series Walvoil Tie Rod Kit for 3-SECTION SD16 V is a robust and compact sectional valve solution engineered for open and closed center hydraulic systems. Offering a main pressure relief valve load check valve on every work section and optional power beyond port this kit is versatile and reliable. It supports various control types including manual pneumatic hydraulic electro-hydraulic or cable.

Operating efficiently within an ambient temperature range of -40deg;F to 140deg;F this kit provides a flow rating of 37 GPM and can handle fluid temperatures between -4deg;F and 176deg;F with standard Buna-N seals.

This product ensures minimal internal leakage (0.18 insup3;/min at 1450 PSI differential pressure) and supports a maximum back pressure of 360 PSI on the outlet port. It is designed for optimal performance with mineral oil of 215 SSU viscosity at 104deg;F supporting fluid viscosities from 70 SSU to a maximum of 1950 SSU.

The SD16 Series Walvoil Tie Rod Kit is built for durability capable of withstanding maximum operating pressures of 4600 PSI (Parallel or Tandem circuit) and 3050 PSI (Series circuit). Recommended filtration adheres to ISO 4406 19/16 standards.
