SD16 Series Walvoil SD16/4 Tie Rod Kit

Engineered by Walvoil Fluid Power Corp. the SD16/4 Tie Rod Kit is a heavy-duty compact and simple-to-use sectional valve designed for both open and closed center hydraulic systems. It features a main pressure relief valve and a load check valve on every work section ensuring reliable and efficient operation. Additionally the valve is available with parallel tandem or series circuits and an optional power beyond port. The kit supports various controls including manual pneumatic hydraulic electro-hydraulic and cable.

This kit operates efficiently within a fluid temperature range of -4deg;F to 176deg;F using standard Buna-N seals and supports an ambient temperature range from -40deg;F to 140deg;F. It is designed to handle a maximum operating pressure of 4600 PSI for parallel or tandem circuits and 3050 PSI for series circuits with a maximum flow rating of 37 GPM. Internal leakage is minimal at 0.18 insup3;/min at a differential pressure of 1450 PSI and it can manage a maximum back pressure of 360 PSI on the outlet port T.

The tie rod kit also recommends ISO 4406 19/16 filtration and can handle fluid viscosities ranging from 80 to 400 SSU during operation with a minimum of 70 SSU and a maximum of 1950 SSU.
