The WALVOIL SD16 Series Outlet Cover for SD16 Series (FS) is a sturdy and compact sectional valve solution, suitable for both open and closed center hydraulic systems. It features a main pressure relief valve, load check valve on every work section, and is available with parallel, tandem or series circuits.

Designed to handle a maximum operating pressure of 4600 PSI for parallel or tandem circuits, and 3050 PSI for series circuits, this outlet cover includes an optional power beyond port and interchangeable spools. It ensures efficient fluid management with a flow rating of 37 GPM, a fluid temperature range from -4deg;F to 176deg;F, and fluid viscosity from 80 to 400 SSU operating.

With internal leakage of 0.18 insup3;/min at 1450 PSI differential pressure, and a maximum back pressure of 360 PSI on the outlet port, it's engineered for robust performance in demanding environments. This product is compatible with various control types, including manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, and cable.

Performance data is measured with mineral oil of 215 SSU viscosity at 104deg;F. The recommended filtration standard is ISO 4406 19/16, ensuring longevity and reliability.

outlet cover for the SD16, does this thing handle pretty high pressures or is it more of a low-pressure application part?

Rated up to 4600 PSI on parallel or tandem circuit configurations, so it holds up well in demanding hydraulic setups. Series circuit use drops that ceiling to 3050 PSI. Back pressure on the outlet port T is capped at 360 PSI, so that limit is worth keeping in mind when sizing the rest of your system around it.
