what's the operating temp range on this tie rod kit? got equipment running in some pretty cold conditions and need to make sure it'll hold up

Cold weather shouldn't be a problem for this kit. The ambient temperature rating runs from -40°F up to 140°F, and the fluid temperature range with standard Buna-N seals goes from -4°F to 176°F. As long as your hydraulic fluid stays within that fluid temp window, you're well within spec even in harsh winter conditions.
