Designed for versatile application in both open and closed center hydraulic systems the SD4 Series Walvoil 5LEV105000 SD4 Lever Box features a simple compact design with a one-spool valve. This unit operates effectively in a wide ambient temperature range from -40F to 140F making it suitable for various industrial environments.

The main pressure relief valve ensures reliable performance while optional rotary and detent kick-out controls offer additional functionality. The SD4 Series Flow Rating of 12 GPM supports efficient hydraulic operation and its fluid viscosity range is between 80 to 400 SSU with a minimum of 70 SSU and a maximum of 1950 SSU. Internal leakage is minimal at 0.18 in/min at 1450 PSI differential pressure.

With a maximum back pressure tolerance of 360 PSI on the outlet port T and a maximum operating pressure of 3600 PSI the lever box is robust enough for demanding industrial applications. Recommended filtration is ISO 4406 19/16 and it operates within a temperature range of -4F to 176F when equipped with standard Buna-N seals.
