The SD4 Series Walvoil 5V11104000 SD4 Detent Kit is designed for monoblock hydraulic systems with an ambient temperature range of -40F to 140F. It features a simple and compact one-spool valve making it suitable for both open and closed center hydraulic systems. The kit includes a main pressure relief valve and offers optional rotary and detent kick-out controls as well as an optional cable control for enhanced versatility.

With a flow rating of 12 GPM this detent kit supports a wide range of fluid viscosities from 80 to 400 SSU in operating conditions with a minimum of 70 SSU and a maximum of 1950 SSU. The internal leakage is measured at 0.18 in/min at 1450 PSI differential pressure. The maximum back pressure on outlet port T is 360 PSI and the maximum operating pressure is 3600 PSI.

Recommended filtration for this kit is ISO 4406 19/16 and it operates within a temperature range of -4F to 176F with standard Buna-N seals. The interchangeable spools add to the adaptability of this Walvoil product ensuring reliable performance across various applications.

What kind of hydraulic systems does this detent kit work with? Open or closed?
