what temp range is this tie rod kit good for? got equipment sitting outside through some pretty rough winters and summers both

Ambient operating range runs from -40°F up to 140°F, so cold winters and hot summers are well within what this kit is built to handle. The fluid temperature range is a separate spec and goes from -4°F to 176°F with the standard Buna-N seals included. As long as your operating conditions fall inside those numbers, you're in good shape.
