The WALVOIL Fluid Power Corp. SD8 Series Valve Assembly Kit is designed to maintain optimal performance under a temperature range of -40deg;F to 140deg;F. Boasting a maximum operating pressure of 4600 PSI this compact and durable valve assembly caters to various hydraulic systems including open and closed center configurations.

Key features include a main pressure relief valve load check valve on every work section and options for parallel tandem or series circuits. The assembly kit includes a load check valve and a power beyond port option ensuring flexibility and reliability.

Designed for flow ratings up to 21 GPM and optimal fluid viscosity between 80 to 400 SSU the valve assembly also accommodates various control methods such as manual pneumatic hydraulic electro-hydraulic solenoid or cable. Internal leakage is minimized to 0.18 insup3;/min at 1450 PSI differential pressure.

Fluid temperature handling ranges from -4deg;F to 176deg;F utilizing standard Buna-N seals. The valve's maximum back pressure stands at 360 PSI on outlet port T ensuring stable and efficient performance. Recommended filtration adheres to ISO 4406 19/16 standards.

what's the operating temp range on this bracket kit? got equipment that sees some real cold winters and hot summers and need to make sure it'll hold up both ways

Ambient temps from -40°F up to 140°F are within spec for this kit. Fluid temperature handling stretches a bit further, running from -4°F to 176°F with the standard Buna-N seals in place. So for most seasonal outdoor conditions, you're well within the working range on both ends.

Will this bracket kit fit any of the SD8 series valves, or does it only work with specific models?
