Designed for robustness and versatility, the Walvoil SD8 Series tie rod kit is crafted for 2-section use in hydraulic systems. It offers simple, compact construction yet ensures dependable performance in harsh environments.

This kit supports open and closed center hydraulic systems and features a main pressure relief valve and load check valve on each work section, ensuring efficient operation. Fluid compatibility extends from -4deg;F to 176deg;F with standard Buna-N seals, and it handles fluid viscosities from 80 to 400 SSU.

The WALVOIL TIE ROD KIT FOR A 2-SECTION SD8 boasts a maximum operating pressure of 4600 PSI and handles a flow rate up to 21 GPM. Internal leakage is minimized at 0.18 insup3;/min at 1450 PSI differential pressure, maintaining system integrity.

For enhanced operational flexibility, this directional valve kit is available with various control methods including manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, solenoid, or cable controls. Optional power beyond port further expands its application range.

Maximum Back Pressure: 360 PSI on outlet port T.

Recommended Filtration: ISO 4406 19/16.

Ambient Temperature Range: -40deg;F to 140deg;F.

Note: Performance tested with mineral oil at 215 SSU viscosity, 104deg;F.
